Their forensics advisory team helps companies with risk management, detecting financial and IT irregularities, reducing their vulnerability, making informed decisions, and developing strategies.

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager in the field of Forensic Technology and Discovery Services who is familiar with the business world and the IT field as well, with a good combination of advance technical and strong managerial skills. Should also have extensive Forensic Technology and IT Advisory experience, be fluent in English, and is willing to lead a team spread across 7 different countries in CEE.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading client engagement teams specialized in computer forensic and e-Discovery assignments for local and cross-border investigations, large scale compliance reviews and data divestiture assignments
  • End-to-end delivery of computer forensics and electronic discovery projects, by managing workflow strategies, researching potential solutions, tracking delivery schedules and ensuring deliverables are completed according to client and industry standards
  • Maintaining e-Discovery and data analytics solutions for various clients in support of regulatory investigations
  • Using data analysis and statistical methods (of large amounts of structured and unstructured data) to detect and prevent fraud
  • Carrying out Discovery processing, Relativity hosting
  • Using Law pre-Discovery and Nuix for processing of data, as well as forensic tools like Encase, FTK, XRY for any forensic tasks required
  • Constructing fully detailed documented policies within the organisation on collecting, handling, preserving and processing ESI
  • Creating, implementing and managing electronic discovery solutions using a variety of Litigation support tools to provide cost effective technology solutions
  • Creating an excellent relationship with clients
  • Being involved in Forensic acquisitions, approach and discussions on any potential business development opportunity
  • Cooperation with other special investigations, dispute advisory and transaction dispute advisory

Requirements:

  • Computer Science or Business Informatics degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position (Forensic Consultant or similar corporate position) at a multinational company
  • Must be familiar with all of the mentioned technical expressions (such as Computer Forensics, e-Discovery, Data Analytics, Evidence Preservation and Collection, Nuix, EnCase, Relativity)
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership affinity
  • Confidence in a client facing role
  • Intellectually rigorous personality, with excellent analytical skills and a passion for data
  • Tenacious, with a desire to ‘get to the bottom’ of things
  • High level oral and written communication skills in English
  • Adaptable, able to build strong relationships
  • Flexible and mobile, prepared to work on both national and international assignments even on a short notice
